National Recreation Policy for Young People - Summary
Summary Document - The National Recreation Policy represents the second stage in the fulfillment of the call, identified in the National Children's Strategy (2000), for more play and recreational opportunities for young people. Called Teenspace, this policy is aimed at young people between the ages of 12 and 18 and was developed from the findings of research and consultation with young people on their needs and on the facilities that would most meet those needs. |
