PDF
AuthorElaine O'Callaghan
AbstractThe purpose of the study was to examine the child’s right to contact with his or her parents following divorce and separation, and to explore the most effective ways of ensuring contact for children with their parents following relationship breakdown. In focusing on the resolution of child contact disputes, the research examined the Courts and the role which they play in resolving such disputes, as well as the processes of mediation and collaborative law.
