Progress Report on the Implementation of the National Children's Strategy 2004 The Capita Report was received by the NCO in March, 2004. The report was circulated to the relevant government departments for consideration and observations. The Report was also circulated widely to bodies outside Government for observations. In addition a number of individuals and other organisations contacted the NCO seeking copies of the Report.
